Requesting a return:

1. Select the flag of the country from which the return shipment is to be initiated.
   
   
2. Enter your customer number / ID or business email address.
3. Provide the corresponding order number to enable accurate processing.

Our return guidelines are as follows:

• Returns are accepted within 60 days.
• Claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
