We only offer Priority Shipping in B2B with transparent shipping costs that depend on your order value, destination, and the type of order. Fair and transparent pricing for both small and large orders.

Shipping times

Priority shipping exclusively for our B2B customers, ensuring that you or your clients receive orders in the fastest possible time. That means for your particularly urgent orders, we provide a shipping guarantee with our Priority Service. If you place your order by 1:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday), it will be dispatched the same day whenever possible.

Please note: this is not an express shipping service, but a prioritized handling and dispatch option. While we generally meet our stated delivery times, delays may occur during peak periods — such as holiday seasons or major sales events. Rest assured, we always do our utmost to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Return costs

While returns are not typically a standard feature in the B2B world, we've made an exception.
