Shipping Costs & Delivery Area

We currently deliver exclusively within Europe. Please refer to checkout for the exact delivery regions or exclusions.

We offer transparent shipping costs that depend on your order value, destination, and the type of order. Fair and transparent pricing for both small and large orders. Take advantage of our attractive shipping rates for both dropshipping and bulk purchases.

Shipping Providers

We primarily ship with DHL. In some cases, we may ship your order with UPS, DPD, GLS, or a freight carrier - for example, for larger parcels or due to logistical reasons.

Delivery Time

The standard delivery time is usually 2 to 4 business days to Germany or 2 to 8 days depending on the european country. There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link to tracking. This lets you check the current status of your delivery at any time.

Partial Deliveries

If you order multiple items, there may be partial deliveries in exceptional cases—for example, when products are shipped from different warehouses. Of course, no additional shipping costs will apply.

No Delivery to Parcel Lockers

Delivery to DHL Packstations is currently not possible. Please provide a residential or business address as the delivery address.
